For members paying monthly with a credit card (MOST MEMBERS): Please cancel your account at least five (5) days before your billing cycle. That way, your card will not be charged for the next cycle accidentally. If you cancel AFTER your billing date, chances are your card might have already been charged for the next cycle.
1) FASTEST and safest: Please log into your HerbMentor.com account and visit the Support area. There is a special form we set up for cancellation that is the safest and most reliable.
2) Call (360) 390-4590 M-F, Pacific Time hours
3) Submit a ticket. Give us the email address you registered with, your full name and we’ll send you confirmation of the cancellation. Incomplete details might cause us to take longer to cancel.
