My finished tincture is a little cloudy on the bottom of the jar. Is that ok?

The cloudy material you see in the jar is inulin.

It's considered to be a pre-biotic as it feeds the healthy intestinal flora.

Echinacea, dandelion root, burdock root, elecampane root are all good sources of inulin.  

However, roots vary depending on when and where they were harvested. Some roots will contain more than others. Some will just not have any detectible inulin at all.

You can leave it. However, if you want a clear tincture, you can simple run the brew through a paper cone coffee filter found at any supermarket.
