2. Disable any pop-up blockers or add our websites to their whitelist, as these may impact your ability to download files or load pages.

3. Clear or empty the cache.

4. Try a different device, if possible. With printing issues, we have found printing from Adobe Reader (or Acrobat) can work when printing from Preview does not.
